Continuity & Resilience Methodology
Risk - Trackis offers services in risk management, which includes assessments and operational resilience analysis. Considered the first stage in continuity planning, risk analysis allows Trackis and their clients to sift out risks within and around the organization. As part of risk management, operational resilience is a complete study of a process and the break downs within.
Crisis/Emergency Management - As a protection for your most important asset, your employees, CEM is part of the planning process and one to NOT be overlooked. Trackis has designed a process to allow all employees to be involved in the planning process, which in turn educates them about their surroundings and the threats that exist.
"When written in Chinese, the word "crisis" is composed of two characters. One represents danger, and the other represents opportunity."
John F. Kennedy
Impact Analysis - "Interviews" are conducted with key staff in order to collect data on all components within the organization. Once the data is collected, Trackis analyzes and measures the data to compile a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) report for the client. These reports in turn will assist Trackis, and the client, to determine criticality
levels within the company's units.
Planning - Once the risk assessment and BIA are complete, Trackis begins the planning process. The program is set up with many projects and the process can take anywhere from a month to a full year to complete (depending on the size of the organization).
Trackis uses an in-house planning tool to compile, test and maintain the plans.
Each client is given complete access/control to the plan upon completion and is
given numerous choices of hardcopy and electronic formats.
Documentation - Ideally done by the client's IT staff and/or specialist(s) of the component, Trackis can either assist or take full control of the procedure process. Trackis makes sure that precise documentation is kept for the individual components to assure a recovery, reload or upgrade of a system is done in a timely manner.
As part of a plan, Trackis creates a database to track and document policies,
procedures and strategies for the client to use in any event.
Testing and Maintenance - Testing the plan and maintaining the documentation
is key and can be a very daunting to any company and its staff. Trackis takes
away the complications by offering monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly and yearly maintenance for all clients.Testing
is done at least once a year, but can be done at the client's request.
Disaster Recovery
Trackis offers a full range of DR Services through its alliance program. We have managed to pull
the best of the best together to offer clients a DR service in one package.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Data Recovery
& Warehousing
Trackis can assist clients in recovering data from most any media source. We have in-house and
alliance partnerships with industry leaders. Do you need level 3 service or are
you looking for offsite storage and/or data warehousing, we can help.
- Power Services
Power generators and UPS units are necessities for all organizations that want to continue operations during a disruption
in power. We can help our clients with their electrical needs during any/all incidents.
- Facilities
Having an alternate site (hot/warm/cold) on standby is added insurance for any organization, but the costs can be budget
busters for most. Trackis strives to cut the costs by half to three-quarters in order to make alternate
sites for most, if not all, clients possible.
Be sure to ask your Trackis Representative regarding these services.
